Still for solo piano

This piece was written after a walk at a reservoir near my house. I was walking around, taking photos, and one of the photos depicted a little yellow dinghy tied to the pier, lying motionless in the water, against a backdrop of trees, mangroves and the evening sun.

Still received a Runner Up position in the Instrumental Category at the 2009 UK Songwriting Contest.

Sheet music is available here.
